LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC APP is a one-stop online reading service community. In this agreement, "you" and "user" refer to any individual using and/or accessing this service.
This user agreement, privacy policy, and other policies published by this service (collectively referred to as "this agreement") are the terms upon which we provide this service for your use and access. Through this agreement, you will understand how LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC provides this service to you, the allowed or prohibited activities, application issues, and other important information, as well as the rights and obligations of the relevant parties. Please read this agreement carefully. If you use this service, it is deemed that you have reached a legally binding agreement with LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC. If you do not accept this agreement, please do not use this service.
You must meet the applicable legal age requirements to use this service. Generally, this means being at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from your parents or legal guardians to use this service.
LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access or use this service in accordance with this agreement.
5.1 To use this service, you need to register an account. Upon successful registration, LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC will provide you with a user account (LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC ID), for which you will set a nickname and password, and you are responsible for the safekeeping of that account and password. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted through that account.
5.2 Once the user account is registered, unless a sub-channel requires separate permission, you have the right to use that account to access individual services of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC. When you use the individual services of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC, your usage behavior will be deemed as your agreement to the service terms of that individual service and any announcements made by LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC regarding that service.
5.3 The ownership of the LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC ID (i.e., LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC user ID) belongs to LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC. After you complete the registration process, you obtain the right to use the LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC ID. You must provide true, complete, and accurate personal information and continuously update your registration information to meet these requirements. You bear all economic and legal liabilities arising from any untrue registration information, and LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC bears no responsibility.
5.4 You shall not transfer, sell, or lend your account and password to others. If you authorize others to use your account, you shall bear full responsibility for all actions taken by the authorized person under that account.
5.5 The privacy protection statement of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC explains how LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC collects and uses user information. You guarantee that you have fully understood and agreed that LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC can process your information based on this.
6.1 Book interpretation and value-added services: Providing book interpretation and other value-added services.
6.2 E-book reader and other services: You can use the reading function of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC to open and read e-book files. While opening e-book files, users can perform font switching, reading aloud, excerpting, annotating, note-taking, and other organizing and recording actions.
6.3 Unless otherwise explicitly stated in this agreement, all new products, features, and services launched by LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC are governed by this agreement.
6.4 Third-party content: The application presents links to third-party platforms providing free reading books and other content. If there are copyright or other ownership disputes regarding this content, the application bears no responsibility. Please contact the third-party content (service) provider to resolve.
Membership purchase: Recharge to become a member and enjoy member services.
One-time purchase: Settle the purchase based on the price displayed for the service content.
8.1 Users must use LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC services for lawful and ethical purposes and must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Users agree not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviors:
8.1.1 Uploading, displaying, posting, disseminating, or transmitting information containing any of the following:
8.1.1.1 Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
8.1.1.2 Damaging national honor and interests;
8.1.1.3 Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
8.1.1.4 Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults, or superstitions;
8.1.1.5 Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
8.1.1.6 Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or inciting crime;
8.1.1.7 Insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' legal rights;
8.1.1.8 Including content that infringes on others' copyright, trademark, patent, or other legal rights;
8.1.1.9 Containing false, harmful, coercive, infringing, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content;
8.1.1.10 Including other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, and any legally effective norms;
8.1.2 Using the network service system for any illegal purposes;
8.1.3 Not using LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC services to engage in the following activities:
8.1.3.1 Collecting user information, conducting any commercial activities, or stealing other users' personal information;
8.1.3.2 Attempting to access or use LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC service accounts that do not belong to you;
8.1.3.3 Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the network services of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC, including but not limited to hacking, sending junk information, etc.;
8.1.3.4 Interfering with others' normal use of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC services or using LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC services to conduct activities that harm others;
8.1.3.5 Impersonating any person or organization or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization;
8.1.3.6 Attempting to obtain any unauthorized access to the services or accounts of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC, other users, or any computer systems through hacking, password mining, or other means;
8.1.3.7 Engaging in any behavior that damages the reputation of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC or impedes the normal operation of LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC;
8.1.3.8 Conducting any activities that violate this agreement.
9.1 In any of the following circumstances, LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC has the right to suspend or terminate your use of this service and to reclaim any associated benefits without prior notice:
9.1.1 You violate this agreement;
9.1.2 You violate relevant laws and regulations or infringe on others' rights;
9.1.3 You have multiple accounts, and LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC has a reason to believe you are violating this agreement or misusing the service;
9.1.4 Any other circumstances deemed appropriate by LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC.
10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court where LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC is located.
11.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC regarding your use of this service, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
11.2 If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3 LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. The amended agreement will be published on the application, and you can choose to accept it or not. If you continue to use this service after the amendment, it is deemed that you accept the amended agreement.
11.4 You agree that any notices from LINEPAY INTERNATIONAL LLC can be sent to you through electronic means or through the contact information you provided during registration.
